How long before my jewellery is ready to ship?
Please be aware that All the rings on this site are bespoke pieces that must first be sized correctly, cast and then polished before being sent to hallmarking at the London Assay Office. From receiving an order, delivery should fall within 4-6 weeks
Cholla bangles - these are both bespoke and complex prices to make due to the volume of silver and intricacies of design. From receiving an order, delivery should fall within 6-8 weeks
Cholla pendants - if currently in stock, these will be dispatched within 3 working days.
Packaging and delivery
All pieces are delivered in an eco-friendly buff coloured cardboard jewellery box and secured in some sustainable produced black foam, examples below. The jewellery boxes are then inserted into a eco-friendly cardboard postal box and sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery requiring a signature upon delivery. These parcels are fully insured in transit by Royal Mail.
Shipping outside the UK.
This is a new business and currently, I only ship to the UK. I am working on options for shipping world-wide but please reach out if you have seen something you like and we'll see what is possible!
